(Strait Green, a loner chartreux cat, and Silverweed, an akita mix leading the Taratan tribe, happened upon each other in Strait's favorite ravine. Silverweed asked Strait whether he had seen anyone from the former's Tribe, confusing the cat, since as a previous member of Fidelis he hadn't heard of any tribe other than the Caedis recently. Thus, Strait learned of the existence of the Taratan splinter group.)
--
Not with the Caedis? That wasn't something Strait had heard recently. He still wasn't sure whether he could trust this dog, but it had been so long since he had had a conversation with actual words that he couldn't turn around and go off by himself again just yet. "I've never heard of the Taratan tribe," he muttered, although not suspiciously. Instead, he sounded more curious than anything, and one of his ears perked up more than the other to prove this. "Sorry, I haven't seen anybody else around here for quite a while. I kind of have this hole in the ground to myself. Do you have any idea where your buddies could have gone?" His old fun personality was gradually coming back as his words continued, for his guard was gradually dropping, returning him to a state similar to how he had been back with his now-defunct tribe.

"We've just began recently, we're trying to keep ourselves secret till we're more up to strength. But... Caedis is making that very hard." Silverweed answered as his ears twitched. "They most likely went scavenging for food and herbs. I really don't know if they'd be any certain place."
Some leader he was turning out to be. Couldn't even keep track of what little members he did have. Surely Strait would be laughing if the cat had learned about that little part.

Strait listened intently to the little grey dog, his ears perked forward. He still wasn't sure to believe much of this Taratan tribe, but the little dog seemed honest enough. It was understandable that he wouldn't know where his tribe-mates were, since to be honest there was a lot of space around here and it was all very dark and hard to scour completely because of the rank smell following all of the Caedis around.
"Caedis makes everything hard," Strait groaned humorously with a toss of his neck. "Well, anyway, good luck finding them. If I see anybody like that around, I'll tell them you were looking for them... I'm getting kind of hungry myself."

OOC: Silverweed is no longer leader. So ignore that last part in teh rp post.)
So, the cat hadn't seen anyone huh? Well that was unfortunate. Silverweed's ears slanted and lowered as a sigh left him. His tribe mates probably didn't even care that they were suppose to stay together and everything.
"Okay." he answered.
